Do my customers need to download an app from the App Store?
No. Restilla is entirely browser-based. Customers scan your QR code and their loyalty card opens instantly in Safari, Chrome, or any mobile browser. They can add a shortcut to their home screen for 1-tap access, just like a native app, without any app store installation friction.
What equipment or hardware do I need to scan cards?
No special scanners or hardware are required. You can scan customer QR codes using any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and web browser. Simply log in to the Merchant Terminal on your device and scan client cards at the checkout point.
Can I fully customize the design of my loyalty card?
Yes. You can customize your card title, company name, primary and text colors, stamp icons, and loyalty rewards thresholds. On Starter and Pro plans, you can also upload your own business logo and remove Restilla branding.
Are there any limits on the free plan?
The Free plan is 100% free and includes up to 10 active customers and 1 card campaign per month. If you grow beyond that, you can upgrade to the Starter plan (up to 1,000 customers) or Pro plan (up to 5,000 customers) to access advanced features like custom logos and unlimited campaigns.
